1-Used Damrow Brothers Stainless Steel Horizontal Screw Cooker, S/N 0479064-501.  Equipped with approx. 12 in. diameter X 120 in. long screw, Cooker features steam injection and has approx. 4 in. X 7in. end discharge.  Mounted on stainless steel stand, there is a hinged lid and cooker was last used on various cheese products and other products at a dairy facility.  Driven by 5 HP electric motor, Cooker can be used for a variety of other food products including pizza crumbles, meat, shrimp, rice, pasta, fruit, vegetables and an assortment of portioned meats.  (Stock #7951D)
