1-Used Gemco 75 Cu. Ft. Model HI SP AGIT 304 Stainless Steel Sanitary Twin Shell and Double Cone Mixer.  With Number 4 finish for product contact, this sanitary double cone blender is rated for max. density 70 lbs./cu. ft. Rotation from drive side is clockwise, speed is 11.3 rpm. Agitator speed is 3300 rpm. With sanitary Gemcomatic assembly for discharge to drums with 18″ port. With NEMA 12 Control Panel, including circuit breaker and local controls. Agitator motor with 20 HP, 1800 rpm, 3/60/230-460 Volt electrics. Drive motor is 7.5 HP, 1800 RPM, 3/60/230-460 Volt. TEFC with a 213T frame main braking motor is 3 HP, 1800 rpm, 3/60/230-460 Volt. Both drive and brake are tied in through a Symcyclo gear reduction drive at 17:1 ratio.
