Unit is jacketed for 25 PSI @ 300 degrees F., National Board and Code stamped. Mounted on portable base with casters, kettle has stainless steel hinged lid and bottom discharge outlet with valve and 1-1/2 inch diameter Tri-Clamp fitting.
