Description
1-Used Casale Industries approximately 500 Gallon Stainless Steel Jacketed Vacuum Scraper Agitated Mix Kettle/Reactor. Interior diameter approx. 56 inch by 40 inch deep on straight side, plus cone bottom. Last used in the production of toothpaste, vessel jacketed for 100 PSI @300 degrees F and rated 30 PSI and vacuum internally. Manufactured in 2014, reactor has dished top and cone bottom with center bottom outlet with valve, terminating in approx. 2 inch diameter 90 deg. elbow, and dual tangential discharges as well. Scraper agitation with cross paddles and flight is driven by 5 HP 3/60/230-460 volt TEFC motor. Equipped with offset top manway 14 in. dia, with lid with sight glass and pneumatic cylinder for automatic opening of lid. Vessel is CE (Certified European) rated. (Stock #8042B)
