500 Gallon Stainless Steel Scraper Agitated Vacuum Kettle, 100 psi jacket, CE rated

1-Used Casale Industries approximately 500 Gallon Stainless Steel Jacketed Vacuum Scraper Agitated Mix Kettle/Reactor. Interior diameter approx. 56 inch by 40 inch deep on straight side, plus cone bottom. Last used in the production of toothpaste, vessel jacketed for 100 PSI @300 degrees F and rated 30 PSI and  vacuum internally.  Manufactured in 2014, reactor has dished top and cone bottom with center bottom outlet with valve, terminating in approx. 2 inch diameter 90 deg. elbow, and dual tangential discharges as well. Scraper agitation with cross paddles and flight is driven by 5 HP 3/60/230-460 volt TEFC motor.  Equipped with offset top manway 14 in. dia, with lid with sight glass and pneumatic cylinder for automatic opening of lid.
