3-Used Chester Jensen 400 Gallon Stainless Steel Jacketed Agitated Cooker/Cooler, S/N 1109-P.  Vessel has jacket rated 100 PSI@ 340 Deg F., National Board number 28752, Code Stamped.   With stainless steel lids, cooker/cooler has scrape surface agitator, as well as perforated internal baffle and counter rotating Tri-blade.  On Stainless Steel legs, unit is equipped with approx. 3 in. Diameter bottom discharge with valve, and 3 HP and 1.5 HP 3/60/230-460 volt top-mounted drive motors. Last used in mixing meat products. (Stock #8791)
