1-Used Expert Industries Approximately 350 Gallon Type 316 Stainless Steel Jacketed Scraper Agitated Kettle/Tank, S/N 6282.  Interior dimensions approximately 48 In. diameter X 45 In. straight side, plus dished bottom head.  Vessel is jacketed for 45 PSI@212 Deg. F., National Board Number 1096, Code Stamped.  Equipped with scraped surface agitation with top mounted Eurodrive motor, kettle also has two stationary baffles and cross bar for added mixing.  Equipped with approximately 3 In. diameter center bottom outlet with Lee “Fluid Flow” discharge valve, kettle is mounted on approximately 25 In. high stainless legs.
