Interior dimensions approximately 52 inch diameter by 48 inch deep, kettle last used  in the personal care products industry, for the production of baby diaper cream.  With approximately 48 inch high stainless steel legs , kettle has 4 inch diameter center bottom outlet with Lee “Fluid-Flow” valve.  With Stainless Steel bridge, double motion scraped surface agitation is driven by top mounted electric motor, 3/60/230-460 volt (stock#8661A)
