1-Used Hamilton 250 Gallon Type 316 Stainless Steel Jacketed Hemispherical Kettle, S/N D-9413.  Interior dimensions approx. 52 In. Diameter X 43 In. Deep, kettle is jacketed for 90PSI at 350 Deg. F., National Board #629, code stamped.  Mounted on 24 In. high stainless steel legs with heavy-duty casters, Kettle has two piece stainless steel lid and approx. 3 In. diameter tri-clamp bottom center outlet and hand operated valve.  Also equipped with stainless agitator mount and thermowell (instrument not included).  (Stock #8576)
