3-Used Lee 1,500 Gallon Type 316 Stainless Steel Jacketed Vacuum Dual Motion Cooking/Cooling Kettles, Model 1500 U9MS. Internally rated 15 PSI@ 250 Deg. F and also Vacuum, units are jacketed for 150 PSI@ 400 Deg. F, national board stamped. Equipped with 4 inch diameter flush mounted center bottom ball valve. Kettles have 3 zone jackets and were last used in the food industry. With top mounted 24 inch diameter butterfly valve for sealing of vacuum, controlled by Bray Controls pneumatic valve. Vessels equipped with top mounted 20HP motor drives, kettles presently previously mounted through mezzanine, they can be supplied on legs, as well.
