Deep, Kettle is jacketed for 90 PSI@ 331 Deg. F., National Board number 2478, Code Stamped. Equipped with horizontal scraped surface agitation , kettle has Eurodrive motor drive and Genesis Variable Frequency drive with 230/460 Volt electrics.  With approximately 4 In. diameter bottom center discharge with Tri clamp fitting and air operated discharge valve.  On approximately 36 In. stainless steel legs, kettle has hinged lid and was last used in the food industry.
