Jacket rated 40 PSI @ 267 degrees F, National Board #489, Code Stamped. Equipped with pneumatic cylinder for tilt out of double motion agitation. Kettle has tilt discharge of product via handwheel and double motion agitation driven by EuroDrive 1.5 HP 3/60/230-460 volt motor.
