1-Used Cleveland Range 100 gallon type 316 stainless steel jacketed “cook/chill” horizontal agitator tilting mixer/kettle, Model HA-MKDL-100-CC-T, Serial Number 8857-2.  Kettle interior dimensions approximately 37 inch diameter by 38 inch deep.  Jacket rated 100 PSI @ 338 degrees F., National Board # 3129, code stamped.  With scraped surface agitation, kettle has automatic hydraulic tilt system, and also has 3 inch diameter by discharge with flush bottom valve (2-1/2 inch diameter).  With Eurodrive 3HP drive motor. Kettle has stainless hinged lid and is on stainless steel legs.  With flush mounted temperature sensor, this style agitation is most efficient, and provides uniform mixing, heating and cooling.
