100 Gallon Cherry Burrell 316 Stainless Steel Jacketed Pressurized Kettle/Reactor, Tilt Out Agitation

1-Used Cherry Burrell approx. 100 Gallon (350 Liters) 316 Stainless Steel Jacketed Pressurized Kettle/Reactor, S/N E-001-97.  Interior dimensions approx. 32 in. diameter X 34 in. deep plus dished top and bottom heads.  Vessel rated 20 psig @ 350 degrees F maximum internal working pressure and 15 psig @ 350 degrees F maximum external working pressure and also jacketed for 100 psig @ 350 degrees F, National Board # 4635, Code Stamped.   With Lightnin XJC 1.17 HP 3/50-60 cycle drive for triple propeller agitation with stabilizing ring.  Also equipped with hydraulic cylinder and 3 HP self-contained hydraulic unit for automatic tilt out agitation assembly.  With bottom entering Thermowell, Vessel has Allen Bradley “Panelview 900” Controller, as well as secondary control box with digital temperature read out gauge.  On stainless steel legs, dished bolted top has assorted inlets.  Dished bottom head has center bottom outlet with approx. 1-1/2 in. diameter discharge with valve.  (Stock #8142B)
