Krieger/Dyno-Mill Blending & Pulverizing Skid For Cosmetic Preparations

1-Pre-Owned Krieger Self-Contained Production Skid for manufacturing of cosmetics and pharmaceutical products. System consists of Willy Bachofen (WAB) Horizontal Dyno-Mill Type KD6 Pulverizing/Media Mill, S/N 030811 and Krieger 125 Liter Jacketed Pressure Blending Kettle, Order # 203130.  With stainless steel components, system includes Waukesha 018-U2 Explosion Proof Product Pump, Vacuum Pump, Circulation Pumps, etc. The Krieger Blending Kettle has bottom entering 7.5 Kw High Speed Homogenizing Head and is rated 50 PSI jacket pressure and -14.5/29 PSI internal pressure.  System also includes Self-Contained Heat Exchanger, Siemens Simatric Digital Panel, Electric Panels, Valves, Fittings, Self-Contained Clean System, etc.  This System was previously used for the production of cosmetic make up products by blending and pulverizing powdered pigments in liquid base (silicone oil).  System suitable for a wide range of other products as well.
