1-Pre-Owned Hobart V1401 140 QT. Bowl Mixer, S/N 31-1082-141.  Last used in pharmaceutical production, this four speed Mixer is driven by 5 HP 3/60/230-460 volt motor. With digital read out timer control, in addition to the 140 qt. bowl and flat beater mixing attachment , mixer also comes equipped with two (2) smaller bowls and two (2) smaller beater attachments, as well as stainless steel hood , safety guards and dollies.  (Stock #8231A)
