1-Used Hobart Model VCM-40E Vertical Cutter/Mixer, S/N U-73-12418.  Equipped with high speed cutting blades, underdriven by 9 HP/12 HP 3/60/440 volt 1750/3500 rpm two-speed motor.  With top mixing baffle separately driven by .5 HP 3/60/440 volt motor.  Last used in food processing.  (Stock #8097)
