1 – Used Greerco 50 liter (approx. 13 gallons) Stainless Steel “Agi-Mix” Jacketed Triple Motion Vacuum Kettle/Reactor, S/N 91-0390-3365. The vessel is jacketed for 40 PSI @ 287 degrees F, and internally rated 15 PSI @ 250 degrees F and Full Vacuum, National board stamped 2436, Code Stamped. Equipped with a 7.5 HP top-mounted motor for the high-speed homogenizing head, there are two (2) additional top-mounted variable speed motors for the double motion scraper agitator with cross paddles. The entire agitator assembly tilts out of the vessel via a self-contained hydraulic cylinder. With an attached control panel with gauges, controls, and a chart recorder, the vessel is on legs and has a bottom center outlet. Mounted on a portable base with casters. (Stock # 8838D)

1-Used Greerco approximately 15 Gallon Stainless Steel Jacketed Vacuum Triple Motion “Agi-Mix” Kettle/Reactor. Vessel utilizes Pardo Kettle with interior dimensions of approximately 16 inch diameter by 18 inch depth, Kettle has Serial Number 3847, and is rated 40 psi@300 deg. F., National Board Number 1919, Code Stamped. Kettle is also vacuum rated and has bolted top head with two sight glass openings. Unit has double motion scraper style agitation, as well as high speed homogenizing head, and bottom center outlet with valve. With stainless steel control panel with variable speed control for double motion agitation, there is also a stainless steel starter box, and a top mounted variable frequency drive for the homogenizing head. Vessel has self contained motorized hydraulic pump for automatic tilt out of agitator assembly. On stainless steel legs with casters for portability ( Stock# 8459A)

Vessel dimensions approx. 48 In. inside diameter X 54 In. Deep, Vessel is jacketed for 100 PSI at 338 Deg. F., National Board Number 2127, Code stamped. Internally rated 20 PSI at 250 Deg. F., and is suitable for vacuum as well. Unit has high speed homogenizing head top driven by 25HP 3/60/460 Volt motor. Double motion scrape surface agitation separately driven by 5HP 3/60/220-440 Volt motor. Equipped with “tilt-out” agitation through self-contained hydraulic motor and cylinder. On stainless legs, Vessel has center-bottom outlet with valve as well as Allen Bradley panel and stainless steel starter panel.
