1-Used Stephan Microcut Model MCH 20 cutter/emulsifier, machine number 727.938.01. Used often in the sausage, baby food, fine pate, puree and other related industries, machine produces fine and smooth products.  Driven by 15KW (approximately 20HP) 3 phase, 60 cycle 220-440 Volt motor.  With stainless steel hopper, machine has approximately 2-1/2 inch diameter tri-clamp discharge.  (Stock# 7879i)
