1-Used Peerless Model DA-30 Stainless Steel Double Sigma Arm Mixer, S/N 80028.  This 300 lb. capacity machine has stainless steel bowl and arms and tilt discharge via handwheel.  Stainless steel bowl measures approx. 26 in. long X 23 in. wide X 23 in. deep and has hinged lid.  With two mixing speeds, Mixer driven by 3 HP 3/60/460 volt motor.  On casters for portability, Mixer has timer and last used in bakery industry.
